Are your emotions overwhelming or are you dealing with uncomfortable feelings? I am an experienced integrative counsellor. I provide a holistic approach that is individual to each client and will help you navigate your way through difficult times. I have worked with clients of all ages, with issues ranging from anxiety, bereavement, panic attacks, adult grooming and P.T.S.D. I am committed to working at your pace and the therapy offered is individualised and based on your needs.
My focus is to help individuals heal through the medium of counselling. You will have a consultation to explore if counselling is right for you and what your hopes from therapy are. If you wish to proceed, following the consultation, we will work together to achieve the initial goals set out. All appointments are flexible regards face to face or online. I strive to provide a safe, confidential environment and unwavering support for your journey to a better understanding of how to find balance, peace and healing in your life.
I offer you a 45 minute consultation which is charged at £35 and thereafter all sessions are 50 minutes and charged at £50 during the day or £55 for evening (after 5 pm) appointments. I request that you give me 24 hours notice if appointments need to be cancelled or postponed. Some concessionary rates are available, please ask when making an inquiry. Payments by bank transfer in advance of the sessions.
At times we are presented with situations in life that can leave us feeling, frustrated, unsure of where to turn and compound deep-seated fears we may have. Talk therapy allows the time and a safe confidential space for you to explore these feelings, at your own pace.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at any point in our lives. It can feel lonely and often we are unable to share these feelings even with those closest to us. These feelings of loneliness, anxiety and sometimes shame, may become unmanageable. Talk therapy can help us recover motivation, perspective, and joy.
Individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances or the loss of a loved one, including pets. Flashbacks, nightmares, irritability or feelings of guilt may occur after traumatic events. Through talk therapy, you can be supported on the journey of overcoming these symptoms and be guided through the process of grief and healing.
A one hour training course offering delegates an insight into the basics of taking care of their mental health. We explore why it is key to take care of our mental health and you will be introduced to some strategies that enable you to do this on a daily basis.
£40 pp or £560 for groups up to 16 delegates

This 2 hour workshop explores issues we can all face as a result of poor mental health, what we can do about them and how to ensure we are taking the best care of our mental health. This workshop will also enable you to be more confident when supporting others who may be struggling with their mental health.
